I was wondering if the any songs from Character image song series was in any aired episodes of K-ON

I still dont get it. Was the songs from the character image series were alloriginals or were they like covers in their own version and I dont remember all hearing those songs in the anime.

I think the episode (most likely season 2) where Ritsu wants to switch her instrument has a hint of Tsumugi's song, she plays the melody of it on her keyboard towards the end of that episode, but the others are never hinted at or mentioned.

On the day yui got her guitar and was playing it at home they could have put yui singing or humming the songs to her guitar

They didn't appear in the anime aside from the cameo Karapian mentioned. They were all original releases made to promote the anime/series as a whole, and were later featured in part in the PSP game. The first set of releases featured 2 character songs each along with a version of 'Let's Go!' for each member (+ Ui, Nodoka, and Jun), and the second set of releases had 2 more songs per member, along with a solo version of 'Come with Me!!' for each member (+ Ui, Nodoka, and Jun). Think of them as bonus songs that don't necessarily exist within the context of the anime/manga.
