Also something I only found out recently, if you look on youtube there are many uploaded versions of exclusive CDs and Collectables that have the other side characters sing, even ones like Nodoka and Ui, so there may be some Mugi stuff there.

Mio was the original singer, no? (I don't remember I haven't watched k-on in a while). Also imo Mio has the best voice so I was kinda disappointed when Yui took over, but I think they're both great for their own reasons.
