"Akuma de Joshi" (Akuma de Girl) by "Yuan Miura" sample1 sample2 sample3 As for Yuan Miura, the pattern bears a strong resemblance to kakifly.

5th Anniversary AMV
I had wanted to do something for the 5th anniversary of the K-ON! anime, but didn't manage to finish it in time. I put a huge amount of effort into this, so I hope it was worth something.
Edit: (More info) The song is, of course, Houkago Tea Time. I chose it because the song seemed a little unrecognized, so to speak, and of course the AMV is about the band of the same name of the song. I also believe that the lyrics are related to the song; I certainly don't understand most of it but I do know meanings of certain lines like "Itsumademo Tea Time", etc.
I used Windows Live Movie Maker to do the video editing. I probably would have finished sooner if the program had not crashed on me every other minute or so.

As Vimitsu stated here, the 5th anniversary of the K-ON! anime is coming up on April 3rd, which is pretty soon. Should we do something?

I know this might appear sudden, but after a lot happening recently, I am afraid to tell that I will be on hiatus editing the wiki, if not retiring completely. It's not as I don't like the series or the wiki anymore, both were and are always lots of fun. However, during the one year being busy here, my personal life changed, including me as well. It is here. Now seriously, just what the hell is this? All I see from the background now is Mugi on the left and half of Mugi on the right! The text has more...I call it "horizontal space"...you know, the lines have become longer...and because of that, the images moved together and we have something like THIS! Just how should we handle it? The episode pages are a mess! The attire and lyric sections have so much empty space on the right side!
I don't know if only I have these problems, originally, the layout is made so people with large displays or tablets can benefit from it. How does it go for you guys?

Fanwork
Okay, this topic is present for quite a while now, so I think we should finally get rid of it. I am talking about all the fanwork that sneaked into this wiki a while ago. At first, there are the No, Thank You attires which all need to be replaced: Azusa's, Yui's, Mugi's, Mio's and Ritsu's. I also took a closer look at the images for their second attire and had to find out that they are professional vector work, which means they are nicely done and based on the official artwork but still fanmade. It annoys me the most that it was me who uploaded them.
At long last, there are these two for the Wakaba Girls article.
If anyone can think of an official alternative for all these, I would be thankful.

Since I can understand Japanese, I decided to listen to the new episodes of Radion!, a radio series where the voice actresses of K-on! talk about the anime.
Sadly, nothing about a third season of K-on! was mentioned, but it was nice to hear the voices of my favorite characters again.

K-ON! Wiki - What has happened so far
The K-ON! Wiki has gone through some very big changes that were set in motion by very few users, sadly. Most of these changes are ones that I actually started, but never got to hear the opinions of many other users. Some of these changes include:
- The Image Policies are now enforced, as in it is asked images are properly named and have a License. (A License is required). Almost every image on the wiki has been categorized with categories that relate to them, allowing hopefully easy navigation.
- Most Albums, Character Image Songs, and music pages have been made, the templates are all located on my Sandbox for convenience.
- Most articles have been moved, created, and redone. Many articles such as K-ON! (Manga) were likely copy-pastes from wikipedia,…
K-On!
I finished the manga on Monday! It was very good overall and I learned a lot about the characters! I am on the Christmas episode, Season 1 of the anime, and I have to admit Yui and Ui were pretty adorable when they were little!
Information on articles
From what I have noticed, or at least can presume, is that a lot of information used on larger pages is from wikipedia. If this is actually true, then we must re-do these articles with our own words and put them in an original form. I mean, does anyone else feel like it's wasting space copy-pasting from one wiki to another? This will take a while, but we all have our own times to contribute. NOTE: If you see anything like "Reception" or "Sales" or something like that, it isn't really needed. We are a source of information on what K-ON! is about, not whether it sold well or not.
