In compliance with the change in Fandom policy, here are the following rules/guidelines for making edits/posting things. Note that the Terms of Use for Fandom still apply and supersede local rules on this wiki. These rules are in no way meant to be restrictive towards those looking to contribute to the wiki, so please feel free to continue to contribute as you see fit. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mahamaon for help.

Rules:

1.Follow the Terms of Use: Follow the Fandom Terms of Use. They can be found on the main Fandom site.

2. Be respectful of others: When posting on the forum or making edits, be mindful of the people around you. Do not make personal attacks on other people. If you need to criticize another user’s argument, do so without attacking them as a person. Do not use bigoted language, including slurs which degrade another person or group of people based on gender, race, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, etc.

3. Post descriptions for edits: When editing, please try to post a description of what you changed. This makes it easier for others to track recent changes and shows that the edit isn't just spam. This rule does not apply to minor edits.

4. Keep conversation related to K-ON! or the wiki: When posting, please keep your posts relevant to the wiki. There's a discord for K-ON! with plenty of other channels if you'd like to discuss something else. Content that isn't related to K-ON!, explicitly NSFW, or otherwise detrimental to the experience of others trying to use the wiki to talk about K-ON! will be removed pending additional action at the discretion of the admins.

5. Don't randomly delete content: Perhaps this goes without saying, but don't randomly add categories or delete content. I don't know why this sort of vandalism is so prevalent on this wiki, but I'm going to continue blocking people who vandalize pages in this manner without warning.

The above are a simple baseline of rules for the wiki and can be modified at the discretion of administrators. Thank you for taking the time to review these new guidelines, and happy editing.
