Character[]
Inoue is the store manager at the 10GIA music store owned by the Kotobuki family. He is friendly, obedient and helps customers decide which instrument would be best for them like Kaede and Ranka. He knows Sumire and is friendly with her. He has been on the end of customers asking for discounts like Mugi getting Yui her guitar for cheap and a year later her first service for free (manga she gave him a death stare, and anime her first offering to pay). Ui dressed up as Yui to get her guitar for a cheap price too. Maho also bought her guitar but he didn't suggest it for her or give her a discount.

He has brown eyes and brown short hair. He usually wears a black apron and a shirt with the top few buttons undone.

- He was the most reoccurring nameless character throughout the entire series being in the original K-ON! manga, the anime and the spin-off K-ON! Shuffle manga. This changed with his name reveal in K-ON! Shuffle
- He is directly responsible for quite a few of the girls having their instruments (Yui, Ui, Kaede, Ranka)
- In K-ON! Shuffle Volume 3 Chapter 13, his name was finally revealed to be Inoue (井上) and that is he is the store manager
