Keiko Sano (佐野(さの) 圭子(けいこ), Keiko Sano) is one of the students from Class 3-2 during the second season of the anime.

Character

Keiko is optimistic and cheerful and does not let herself get too stressed out. She is a close friend of Haruna Okada and grew up with Shizuka Kinoshita. She also seems to like Manzai-comedians.

Appearance

Keiko is a chubby girl with short, messy brown hair and brown eyes.

As a Sakuragaoka High School student, she is usually seen wearing the school's uniform properly with white socks.

Etymology

• The name Keiko means "gemstone" (圭) (kei) and "child" (子) (ko).
• Keiko's surname Sano means "help, aid" (佐) (sa) and "field, wilderness" (野) (no).
