Yukari and Kaede on their way to school catch up to Maho with her assuming Yukari was late, when it was actually Kaede. Yukari shows Maho the popped blisters she got after "practicing" on the drum sticks and pad at home, with Riko afterwards explaining to Yukari she possibly practiced the wrong way. Riko then proceeds to show how to properly use a drum stick before then remember she claims she doesn't play an instrument. She then explains what she did to help a friend (or this friend ) out. Kaede then realizes she is going to be playing an instrument with her claiming she can't do anything without Yukari including helping her study for exams as well as waking Kaede up every morning, while showing a picture of a sleeping Kaede that Maho looks at for a while. Riko points out Maho constantly looking at Kaede for her to claim it is just because she beats her on test scores... then repeats the reason again. Kaede then tries to remember the instrument the blue striped panty girl was using. Riko then explains that Yukari and Kaede will be the rhythm section of the band similar to a mother and father and then Yukari and Kaede claiming Maho to be their daughter. After Kaede claims she's now sleepy, Maho realizes she will be playing the guitar.
