Summary[]
Yukari, Kaede and Maho are on their way to the society with Kaede wanting Shinano to teach her while Maho mentions it's difficult to get along with her. Yukari notices the door is lock with Maho stating it's the end of term tests, meaning no club activities. A cheery Shinano then walks to the society door greeting everyone, seemingly unaware of the situation. After telling Shinano, she then wonders on the logic due to it being to late to start studying at this stage. Maho and Yukari agree with Yukari usually bored in the afternoon with nothing to do. Shinano pretends she understands while wondering if Yukari, Kaede and Maho are super smart. Kaede grunts saying she wants to play her bass, but Shinano then reveals she has the society room key. Yukari and Kaede immediately think she stole it and tell her she should return it right away, with Shinano telling them she borrowed it with permission.
Shinano explains that Riko keeps all her books and stuff in the society, so the teachers let her have the key to study there. Shinano suggests Kaede and Maho practice their instruments, while Yukari questions is Shinano really planned to study. After being eyed down, Shinano reveals she planned to play her guitar. Kaede and Maho decide it's best to play without their amps on with Yukari jealous the drums can't do the same. Shinano then rubs it in saying she'll play on her guitar before Yukari drags her away to help with her studies.
Despite Yukari saying she can't teach Shinano her material, she ends up pointing out multiple mistakes. Shinano asks Yukari if she's sure she can't teach her, with Yukari replying if she has pride. Shinano ends up making progress thanks to Yukari. Maho says Yukari is really caring and if it was her she'd just tell them to go study by themselves with her remembering a time she did that to Karin. Yukari wonders if it's because she has to look after her useless big sister. Shinano then comments saying she must love her sister. This leaves Yukari confused and Shinano apologies for the thoughtless remark.
On their way from school, Maho mentions she can't play one phrase and wants to practice when she gets home. Kaede feels the same too while Yukari is again jealous she can't do that at home. Maho first suggests taking the drum set home, but Yukari is immediately hesitant of the idea to try carry all of it. Maho then suggests electronic drums as they can be played without making much noise. Yukari agrees she wants them, but assumes they're expensive.
At Yukari's house, she enters Kurumi's room and before being able to finish her sentence, Kurumi tells her she can't have them. She correctly assumes she wanted electronic drums. She presents a written opinion against the purchase and then starts to give points about not purchasing one like they're expensive, they take up space, people can suffer when using real drums and there are many ways to practice with the drums pads. Yukari mentions she can play at a fast pace, but Kurumi tells her she should practice at a slow pace. She then gets Yukari to use a metronome app to practice playing at 60 beats per minutes and realizes she's rushing. She then gives her a list of other exercises she can do with the pads. Yukari thanks her and asks if she thought about her this much, with Kurumi replying she did it for her own peace and quiet.
At school, Yukari then tells the girls are the society what happened, with Shinano laughing saying she has an interesting sister. She then mentions that Kurumi still must care a lot about her to do all of that lot. An unknown voice appears saying Kurumi must really care about Yukari with Shinano agreeing. It's then revealed to be Riko, with her then saying that with Shinano lying to teachers, she is setting a bad example to the juniors. A scared Shinano then tells her she has it wrong with the girls also wanting to play to, but Maho says that Shinano played. Shinano then apologies to Riko with her assumingly having her cheeks pulled again.
